-Develop and implement project plans to support the global scaled operations of Roblox -Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place -Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets -Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during project execution -Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management -Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes -Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards -Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency -Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project execution -Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes -Act as a leader and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support as needed -Represent Roblox at industry events and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Successful Candidate For The Project Manager, Global Scaled Operations Role At Roblox Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Projects From Inception To Completion. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
