We are looking for a passionate, experienced Product Support Manager, Moderation to join our Roblox team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, moderation, and product support with a strong understanding of digital gaming. We want someone who is eager to support our game creators and players, while leading our moderation efforts.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for an experienced leader who can develop and implement effective moderation strategies to ensure a safe and fun gaming experience.If you are an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about digital gaming and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Manage the customer service and product support teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for game creators and players. • Develop and implement effective moderation strategies to ensure a safe and fun gaming experience. • Monitor and track all moderation efforts to ensure compliance with company guidelines. • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. • Analyze customer service and moderation trends to develop solutions and optimizations. • Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth operations. • Train and mentor team members on customer service and moderation best practices. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
