At Roblox, our Trust and Safety team is in search of a creative and innovative Product Designer. As a Product Designer, you will have the unique opportunity to create products and experiences that help protect the safety of our players.The ideal candidate for this role should have the creativity to develop innovative solutions and the technical skills to execute them. We require a minimum of 3 years of product design experience, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to communicate your ideas effectively.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who has a desire to make a difference in the lives of our players. Responsibilities:

Develop innovative solutions for protecting the safety of our players.
Collaborate with the Trust and Safety team to create products and experiences that meet the safety needs of our players.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Utilize technical skills to execute product designs.
Communicate ideas effectively with the team, stakeholders, and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise with product designs.
Provide feedback and support to other team members.
Ensure that all products and experiences meet the safety and security standards of Roblox.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
