Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Machine Learning Engineer - Economy Fraud to join our team at Roblox. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging machine learning and AI to identify and prevent fraudulent activities and detect anomalies in our economy. You will be working closely with our data and product teams to develop and enable our fraud prevention systems to detect suspicious activity and protect our users.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering. An ideal candidate is one who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and is able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of machine learning technologies, algorithms, and data analysis techniques, as well as experience with software engineering, scripting, data engineering, and cloud computing. Responsibilities:

Leverage machine learning and AI to identify and prevent fraudulent activities and detect anomalies in our economy.
Work closely with data and product teams to develop and implement fraud prevention systems.
Quickly identify patterns in data and anomalies.
Develop and maintain machine learning technologies, algorithms, and data analysis techniques.
Utilize software engineering, scripting, data engineering, and cloud computing.
Monitor the performance of fraud prevention systems and identify areas for improvement.
Document and present findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with latest developments in machine learning and AI.
