Analyze and interpret large datasets to gain insights into user behavior and trends within the Roblox community.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to identify opportunities for improving user experiences.
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
Conduct experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and changes on user engagement and retention.
Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to build predictive models and algorithms to better understand user behavior and predict future trends.
Identify and address data quality issues to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and apply them to enhance our data-driven decision-making process.
Act as a subject matter expert in the field of People Data Science, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Continuously assess and improve data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Data Analytics Or Data Science Role, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql.
Strong Understanding Of Statistical Concepts And Machine Learning Techniques.
Experience With Data Visualization Tools And Data Manipulation Techniques.
