Partner Program Manager, Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Partner Program Manager, Developer to join our team at Roblox. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is passionate about building relationships and developing partnerships. The successful candidate should possess a high level of technical knowledge and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, including experience with game development, project management, and/or software engineering. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage relationships with partners, including game developers, project managers, and software engineers • Monitor and track partner performance • Analyze data to identify areas for growth and improvement • Create and maintain partner program documentation • Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement • Develop and implement processes to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success of partners • Manage day-to-day operations of the partner program, including responding to partner inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to the partner program • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner program execution • Maintain and report on partner program performance metrics
