Job Description

Roblox is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst, Customer Service. This individual will be an essential part of the team, responsible for providing technical and customer support, resolving customer service inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a positive Roblox experience. If you’re a passionate problem-solver with a commitment to customer service excellence, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field• At least 2 years of experience in customer service• Expert knowledge of the Roblox platform• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical and customer support for Roblox users, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries.
  3. Monitor and maintain customer service data, ensuring customer requests are tracked and addressed.
  4. Analyze customer service trends to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  5. Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Roblox platform and customer service protocols.
  6. Utilize effective communication skills to build relationships with customers.
  7. Document customer service processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  9. Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish common goals.
  10. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
