Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Management Planning And Strategy, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
