- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented workforce.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the company's people operations strategies.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track and analyze key HR data.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure their growth and development.
- Partner with leadership to identify and address any potential people-related risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to educate employees on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture by organizing team-building activities and events.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role Within The Hr Or People Operations Department.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of Employees.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful People Strategies, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
