1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and talented workforce.

3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

12. Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

14. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
15. Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
