Roblox is seeking a dynamic and experienced LQA Program Manager to join our growing team.As the LQA Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our games by managing the Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) program.   1. Develop and maintain the Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) program for all Roblox games.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the LQA program, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  3. Collaborate with game development teams to establish LQA requirements and ensure they are met.
  4. Hire, train, and manage a team of LQA testers to ensure high-quality and consistent results.
  5. Monitor and track LQA metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize the LQA program to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform and improve the LQA program.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the LQA team.
  10. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful localization of games.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for LQA support.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall game quality and player experience.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of the LQA program, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  14. Ensure that all games meet localization and cultural sensitivity standards for different regions and languages.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and advocate for the importance of LQA in delivering high-quality gaming experiences to our global player base.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Localization Quality Assurance In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Localization Processes, Tools, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously.

  • Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage External Vendors.
