Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for the Trust & Safety Operations team.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a centralized knowledge base for all Trust & Safety processes and procedures.
Ensure all team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps and improve processes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and trust and safety.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on knowledge management principles and practices.
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in knowledge management and content moderation.
Work closely with the Trust & Safety leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for our community.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools and resources to enhance the effectiveness of content moderation.
Lead and mentor a team of knowledge management specialists to ensure the efficient and effective dissemination of knowledge and information within the Trust & Safety Operations team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Information Management, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Knowledge Management, Preferably In A Trust & Safety Or Operations Role.
Strong Understanding Of Roblox's Platform And Community Guidelines.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Knowledge Management Strategies And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Cross-Functional Teams.
