As the Global Vendor Operations Manager for Trust and Safety, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and protection of our community by overseeing our third-party vendors. Oversee and manage all third-party vendors in the Trust and Safety department.
Develop and implement vendor management strategies to ensure the safety and protection of the Roblox community.
Conduct thorough risk assessments of all vendors and their services to identify potential safety concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish and maintain safety protocols and procedures for all vendors.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and safety protocols.
Work closely with the Trust and Safety team to identify and address any safety concerns or issues related to third-party vendors.
Communicate regularly with vendors to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
Develop and maintain vendor contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all vendor operations align with Roblox's mission and values.
Train and mentor team members on vendor management and safety protocols.
Regularly report on vendor performance and safety metrics to senior management.
Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a safe and positive community for all players.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Global Vendor Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Vendor Operations And Have Experience Managing Vendor Relationships In Multiple Countries. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of International Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Global Vendor Operations Manager, Trust And Safety, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Vendor Relationships And Negotiating Contracts. Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record In Trust And Safety: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing Trust And Safety Operations, Preferably In A Global Capacity. They Should Have Experience In Implementing Policies And Procedures To Ensure The Safety And Security Of The Platform And Its Users.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Trends And Patterns In Vendor Performance And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions. They Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Issues That May Arise In Vendor Operations.
Team Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team, Preferably In A Global Setting. They Should Have The Ability To Lead, Motivate, And Develop Team Members To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Global Vendor Operations.
