Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our headquarters and facilities.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment for the facilities.
Troubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctions with equipment, systems, or facilities.
Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance services performed by external contractors.
Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to any facility emergencies and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper communication and coordination regarding facility maintenance.
Continuously assess and improve facility processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all employees and visitors.
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures related to facility maintenance and safety.
Train and supervise other facilities staff as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility maintenance.
Act as a point of contact for any facility-related inquiries or concerns.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering teamwork and effective communication.

Job Qualifications

Experience In General Maintenance And Repairs: Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In General Maintenance And Repairs, Including Basic Carpentry, Plumbing, And Electrical Work.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures: As A Facilities Services Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining A Safe And Secure Environment For Employees And Visitors. A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures Is Essential.
