Engineering Manager - Engine Quality Assurance

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager - Engine Quality Assurance to join our team at Roblox. As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for leading the Engine Quality Assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background, ideally in software engineering, as well as experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You should have a deep understanding of software engineering best practices and the ability to develop and deliver creative solutions to complex problems.
