- Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and complaints, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analyzed.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement fair and effective policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution and effective communication strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and legal requirements related to employee relations, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality in handling sensitive employee relations matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on company policies and procedures, as well as best practices for maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor and track employee relations trends and proactively identify potential issues, addressing them before they escalate.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify and address any recurring issues or concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, HR, and employees, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on employee relations metrics and trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all employee relations matters.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance employee relations processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Investigations, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Thorough And Unbiased Investigations.
