Lead the development and optimization of Roblox's advertising systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our global platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive the implementation of new features and technologies.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our advertising systems.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience and increase revenue through advertising.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical expertise and sharing best practices.
Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize the roadmap for the advertising systems.
Work closely with data analysts to monitor and analyze the performance of our advertising systems, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and identifying any potential issues or roadblocks.
Continuously monitor and improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of our advertising systems.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to online advertising.
Act as a thought leader within the company, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Participate in recruiting and hiring processes to build a strong and talented Ads Infrastructure team.
