We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Product, Virtual Monetization & Payments to join our team at Roblox. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to create innovative products and solutions for virtual monetization and payments.
Lead cross-functional teams in the product development lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects and ensure their successful execution.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues.
Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Monitor and track product performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Develop action plans to address customer feedback and product issues.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the development of high-quality products.
Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability for the company’s products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute product marketing strategies.
