- Develop and implement strategies for ensuring the safety and well-being of the Roblox community.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and engineers to create and maintain safety features and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety, Legal, and Community Engagement, to develop and improve safety policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to online safety and incorporate them into product development.
- Analyze and evaluate data on safety incidents and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
- Work with external partners and stakeholders to advocate for online safety and represent Roblox's commitment to user safety.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry organizations, to promote safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate and promote safety features and resources to the community.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
