We’re looking for a forward-thinking, experienced Director of Product, Compute Infrastructure to join the Roblox family. The ideal candidate is an innovative, detail-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for technology.We are looking for someone who has a minimum of five years of experience in software engineering, product management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in computer network infrastructure, as well as a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and software development. Responsibilities:

Manage the development and maintenance of software engineering, product management, and computer network infrastructure.
Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and software development projects.
Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure the highest quality product and compute infrastructure.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in the field of computer network infrastructure.
Research and implement new technologies as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
Establish performance metrics and goals to measure progress.
Create a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
Develop and maintain processes for product and compute infrastructure development.
Manage the budget for product and compute infrastructure projects.
