Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Infrastructure Security to join our team at Roblox! We’re looking for a creative, organized, and passionate leader who will help our company keep its infrastructure secure. As the Director of Infrastructure Security, you will play an integral role in developing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our data and systems.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and tools. You should also be able to think strategically and implement security policies to protect Roblox from cyber threats. If you’re a motivated self-starter and a team player with a passion for security, we’d love to have you join our team.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or a related field• In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and tools• Ability to think strategically and implement security policies• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect Roblox's data and systems from cyber threats.
Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities to ensure that the company's infrastructure remains secure.
Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Lead the investigation into potential security issues and respond to security breaches.
Develop and maintain security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met.
Stay up-to-date with new security technologies and best practices.
Monitor security systems and audit company networks for compliance with security standards.
Prepare security reports and documentation.
