Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Director of Engineering for our Core AI team at Roblox. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our Artificial Intelligence strategy and will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy our next-generation AI products.To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical skills and leadership abilities. You should also have demonstrated experience in developing and executing AI strategies, as well as a track record of leading and managing complex engineering projects. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive Artificial Intelligence strategy for the Core AI team at Roblox.
Lead and manage a team of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI products.
Demonstrate strong technical skills and leadership abilities to ensure successful execution of the AI strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of AI products.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI products and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities and develop solutions to address AI-related challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for AI products.
Remain current on emerging AI technologies and trends and make informed decisions about incorporating them into the AI strategy.
Provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to the AI team to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction with AI products and services.
