If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you! Roblox is seeking a part-time contract Developer Engagement Representative for Vietnam to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with and support our growing developer community in Vietnam, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our platform. Engage with the Vietnamese gaming community: Build relationships with developers and community members in Vietnam through effective communication and networking.
Support the Vietnamese developer community: Provide guidance, resources, and support to developers in Vietnam to help them succeed on the Roblox platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams across the organization, including but not limited to marketing, product, and developer relations, to drive the success of the platform in Vietnam.
Stay updated on the Vietnamese gaming market: Stay informed about the trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Vietnamese gaming industry to effectively support and engage with the local developer community.
Represent Roblox in the Vietnamese gaming market: Serve as a brand ambassador for Roblox in Vietnam and promote the platform to potential developers and partners.
Develop and implement engagement strategies: Develop and execute effective strategies to engage with and grow the developer community in Vietnam.
Provide feedback and insights: Gather feedback and insights from the Vietnamese developer community to inform product and business decisions and help improve the platform.
Maintain accurate records: Keep track of interactions and relationships with developers in Vietnam and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
Attend events and conferences: Represent Roblox at industry events and conferences in Vietnam to network and promote the platform.
Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Take initiative and work independently to meet goals and drive success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Job Qualifications

Fluency In Vietnamese: As A Developer Engagement Representative For Vietnam, It Is Essential To Have Fluency In The Vietnamese Language. This Will Enable Effective Communication With Developers And Other Stakeholders In The Region.
Knowledge Of The Vietnamese Gaming Market: To Be Successful In This Role, A Thorough Understanding Of The Vietnamese Gaming Market Is Necessary. This Includes Knowledge Of Popular Gaming Platforms, Trends, And User Preferences In The Region.
Strong Communication And Networking Skills: The Role Of A Developer Engagement Representative Requires Excellent Communication And Networking Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships With Developers, Influencers, And Other Key Players In The Vietnamese Gaming Community.
Passion For Gaming And Technology: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Passion For Gaming And Technology. This Will Not Only Help In Understanding The Needs And Interests Of Developers, But Also In Promoting The Roblox Platform In The Vietnamese Market.
Previous Experience In Developer Relations Or Community Management: Prior Experience In Developer Relations Or Community Management Would Be An Advantage For This Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Engage With Developers And Foster A Strong Community.
