Monitor and review user-generated content on the Roblox platform for any potential self harm risks.
Identify and report any self harm related content to the appropriate team for further action.
Develop and implement strategies for mitigating self harm risks within the platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective response to any self harm incidents.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online safety and crisis management.
Conduct training and educational programs for Roblox staff and community members on self harm awareness and prevention.
Respond to user inquiries and concerns related to self harm in a timely and empathetic manner.
Analyze data and provide regular reports on self harm incidents and trends on the platform.
Proactively identify potential areas of improvement in the safety operations process and make recommendations for changes.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the Roblox community by enforcing safety guidelines and policies.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of Online Safety And Experience In Managing Critical Harm Issues, Particularly Self-Harm Situations.
Excellent Understanding Of Roblox Platform And Community Guidelines, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Safety Risks.
Proven Experience In Handling Sensitive And Potentially Traumatic Situations, With The Ability To Remain Calm And Professional Under Pressure.
Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Provide Clear And Concise Guidance To Users And Internal Teams.
Ability To Work Independently And Make Quick Decisions, While Also Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Safety Policies And Procedures.
