Monitor and analyze user-generated content on the Roblox platform for potential self-harm and harmful regulated content.
Utilize critical thinking skills to identify potential risks and threats within the online community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for mitigating and preventing critical harms.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online safety and harmful content.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure they are effective in addressing critical harms.
Communicate and report findings to relevant teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Provide training and support to other team members on identifying and addressing critical harms.
Act as a subject matter expert on critical harms and online safety within the organization.
Proactively identify and escalate potential critical harms to the appropriate teams for further action.
Participate in crisis response efforts and provide support to users who may have been impacted by critical harms.
Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner when interacting with external partners and stakeholders related to critical harms and online safety.
