Job Description

As a Corporate Paralegal at Roblox, you’ll be a key member of our legal team, providing operational and administrative support to our attorneys. Our ideal candidate will have a combination of strong legal skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to work both independently and across teams.You should have a minimum of three years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting, with a focus on corporate governance, securities, and due diligence. You should also have a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, as well as a solid understanding of the US legal system.We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You should be a reliable problem solver who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Above all, we need someone who is passionate about being an integral part of our legal team and helping Roblox succeed.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational and administrative support to attorneys in a corporate setting.
Assist with corporate governance, securities, and due diligence tasks.
Manage document production and review.
Maintain legal records and databases.
Prepare and file corporate documents.
Assist with corporate transactions and other legal matters.
Research and analyze legal issues.
Provide guidance on legal processes and procedures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain relationships with external counsel and other legal professionals.
Respond to legal inquiries and requests for information.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Manage projects and track progress.
Remain current on legal developments, trends, and industry best practices.
