Develop and maintain relationships with industry-leading companies in the entertainment industry.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives and develop customized entertainment experiences on the Roblox platform.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the entertainment industry.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and competitors to inform strategy and business decisions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client projects.
Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the Roblox platform and build relationships.
Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for the entertainment industry.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of The Entertainment Industry: A Client Partner At Roblox Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Entertainment Industry, Including The Latest Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Develop Successful Strategies For Their Entertainment Projects On The Platform.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Client Partner, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients. This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Clients, Understanding Their Needs, And Effectively Conveying Roblox's Offerings And Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Client Accounts: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Successfully Managing Client Accounts, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities, Negotiate Contracts, And Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Client Partners At Roblox Need To Be Strategic Thinkers With The Ability To Identify Potential Challenges And Come Up With Solutions To Address Them. They Should Be Able To Develop Creative And Innovative Strategies To Help Clients Achieve Their Goals On The Platform.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: In Today's Data-Driven World, A Client Partner Must Have Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions. They Should Be Proficient In Using Data Analysis Tools And Creating Reports To Track The Success Of Client Campaigns And Provide Insights For Future Strategies.
