  1. Manage and lead the workplace services team, ensuring all team members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

  3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all office facilities, including but not limited to equipment, furniture, and amenities.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of workplace services.
  5. Develop and manage the workplace services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the workplace environment.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Manage employee requests and concerns related to workplace services, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workplace services and employee experience.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  12. Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values.
  13. Conduct regular training and development programs for the workplace services team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and external agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  15. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or Related Field.
