Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at RingCentral. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our market share within the enterprise sector. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our sales strategy, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving overall business success.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share within the enterprise sector.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
  6. Develop and nurture a high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, motivation, and accountability within the team.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and key insights.
  8. Identify and address any gaps or challenges in the sales process, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the sales process and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with potential clients.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential and support their professional growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring a high level of competence and alignment with company values.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
