- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent for the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect those requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and analyze recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters and assist in their professional development.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage vendor contracts.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top technical talent.
Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Senior-Level Technical Positions, Including Software Engineers, Product Managers, And Technical Architects
Extensive Knowledge Of Sourcing Techniques, Including Social Media Recruiting, Job Boards, And Networking Events
Strong Understanding Of Us Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Managing The Entire Recruitment Process, From Sourcing To Onboarding.
