  1. Manage and support our most strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues and inquiries from clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Understand clients' business needs and proactively provide technical solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to clients.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and guidance.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to better understand clients' needs and provide relevant solutions.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and technical solutions.
  12. Work closely with sales teams to support client retention and identify new business opportunities.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and customer satisfaction.
  14. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services based on client needs and feedback.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction by proactively addressing any potential issues or concerns.
