  1. Lead the design and development of AI features for RingCentral's products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design of AI features, including user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and develop scalable AI solutions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  5. Ensure that all AI features adhere to user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
  6. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into the design process.
  8. Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure that their needs and preferences are represented in the final product.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals and messaging that effectively communicate the value of AI features to customers.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Specifically With Ai Or Machine Learning Technologies.

  • Proficient In Design Tools Such As Figma, Sketch, Or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing Successful Ai-Driven Products Or Features.
