Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Success Strategy Manager to join RingCentral’s Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing strategies that drive customer success, building and growing relationships with customers, and providing insights to decision makers. In this role, the Sr. Customer Success Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading customer success initiatives that ensure our customers are receiving the highest level of service and support. This includes driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer success and strategy, and must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies that drive customer success and build relationships with customers.

  10. Monitor customer success metrics and identify areas of improvement.
