As an SMB Expansion Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base within the small and medium-sized business market.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base within the small and medium-sized business market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  4. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of the SMB market and tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of RingCentral's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  9. Utilize sales tools and systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  11. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for RingCentral, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to improve sales skills and knowledge of the industry.
