We are looking for an experienced and motivated SMB Expansion Account Executive to join the RingCentral team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales, customer service, and the SMB market. This role will require a strong ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and grow customer accounts.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the SMB sector. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.If you are an ambitious and driven individual with the passion to help small businesses succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the SMB market.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to expand customer accounts and grow revenue.
  4. Utilize customer data to drive sales and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
  6. Research market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas.
  7. Develop and manage sales budgets and track key performance indicators.
  8. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
