RingCentral is seeking a highly motivated Senior Volume Reduction, Automation & Frontline Tools Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in streamlining operations and enhancing frontline tools. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience through your expertise in volume reduction strategies and automation solutions.   1. Develop and implement volume reduction strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Lead large-scale automation projects to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data analysis and industry research.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of volume reduction and automation initiatives.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of frontline tools specialists to optimize their performance and drive results.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of volume reduction and automation efforts.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes.
  8. Work closely with the customer experience team to identify pain points and implement solutions to enhance frontline tools.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and support for volume reduction and automation initiatives.
  10. Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership to communicate progress and impact of volume reduction and automation efforts.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and adhere to industry regulations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  13. Provide training and support to team members and other departments on new tools and processes.
  14. Lead by example and inspire team members to strive for excellence and efficiency in their work.
  15. Take ownership of project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Volume Reduction Strategies: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Volume Reduction Strategies In A High-Volume Customer Service Environment. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Customer Behavior, Data Analysis, And Process Improvement.

  • Expertise In Automation Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Automation Tools And Technologies, Such As Chatbots, Ivr, And Ai-Powered Solutions. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Automation And Effectively Implement Them To Streamline Processes And Reduce Call Volume.

  • Proficiency In Frontline Tools: The Senior Manager Should Be Well-Versed In The Various Tools And Systems Used By Frontline Agents, Such As Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software, Knowledge Management Systems, And Call Center Platforms. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Optimizing These Tools For Maximum Efficiency.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Teams. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Set Goals And Expectations, And Effectively Communicate With Different Stakeholders.
