As a Senior Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention with our cloud communication solutions. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Manage the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  3. Conduct regular renewal account reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop renewal strategies and maximize customer retention.
  5. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their continued satisfaction with our solutions.
  6. Proactively identify and address customer concerns and escalations.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal activities.
  8. Monitor and report on key renewal metrics, including customer retention rates and renewals revenue.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform renewal strategies.
  10. Provide feedback and insights to inform product and service improvements.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of renewal processes and tools.
  12. Train and mentor junior renewal specialists as needed.
  13. Uphold company values and represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and streamline the renewal process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  15. Meet or exceed renewal targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Customer Renewals: A Senior Renewals Specialist At Ringcentral Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Customer Renewals, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A High Volume Of Renewals, Negotiating Contracts, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strong Understanding Of Saas Business Model: Ringcentral Is A Saas Company, And Therefore, A Senior Renewals Specialist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Saas Business Model. This Includes Knowledge Of Subscription-Based Pricing, Contract Terms And Conditions, And Revenue Recognition Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Renewals Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For Negotiating Contract Terms And Pricing With Customers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential. You Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Ringcentral's Products And Services And Negotiate Win-Win Solutions For Both The Company And The Customer.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Renewal Targets: Ringcentral Is A Fast-Growing Company, And The Senior Renewals Specialist Will Play A Critical Role In Ensuring A High Customer Retention Rate. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Renewal Targets.

  • Familiarity With Crm And Renewal Management Software: At Ringcentral, We Use Salesforce And Other Renewal Management Software To Track And Manage Customer Renewals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working With These Tools And Be Comfortable Using Them To Manage A High Volume Of Renewals Efficiently.
