- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the People Operations department in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations strategies and programs, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of People Operations professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures related to employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Manager, People Operations At Ringcentral Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading Hr Teams.
Strategic Thinker: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective People Operations Strategies That Align With The Overall Goals And Objectives Of The Company.
