We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, People Operations to join our growing team. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing the company's people strategies and initiatives, ensuring that RingCentral attracts, develops, and retains top talent. We are looking for a passionate leader with a proven track record in human resources, a strong understanding of modern HR practices, and a desire to drive positive change within our organization.   1. Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  4. Partner with department managers to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans.
  5. Develop and manage effective performance management processes and provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  6. Manage and oversee all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
  7. Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  8. Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  9. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in people-related initiatives and policies.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities to improve and innovate within the organization.
  13. Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  14. Manage the HR budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  15. Act as a champion for the company's values and culture, and ensure they are reflected in all people-related processes and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
