Senior HR Business Partner Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business teams to develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Serve as a consultant to business teams on all HR matters, including employee relations, labor law, talent management, and organizational development.
3. Provide coaching, counseling and guidance to managers and employees on HR issues.
4. Manage the recruitment process, from vacancy identification to job offer.
5. Monitor employee engagement and recommend initiatives to improve engagement.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
8. Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
10. Develop and deliver training and development programs.
