In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and trust of our customers' data and enable our sales team to effectively communicate the value of our products.   1. Conduct thorough security risk assessments of RingCentral's products and services to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure the protection of customer data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and guidelines for RingCentral's internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and report on security incidents and proactively identify and address potential threats.
  5. Support the sales team in effectively communicating the security features and benefits of RingCentral's products to potential customers.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate the sales team on cybersecurity best practices and the value of RingCentral's security measures.
  7. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement strategies and materials.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity and sales enablement to inform and enhance RingCentral's security and sales strategies.
  9. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the security and trust of RingCentral's products and services.
  10. Represent RingCentral in client meetings and industry events to showcase our commitment to security and trust.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of RingCentral's security and sales enablement policies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Security And Data Protection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Security Protocols, Data Protection Regulations, And Best Practices In The Industry.

  • Experience In Sales Enablement And Training: The Contractor Should Have Previous Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Sales Teams, With A Focus On Security Measures And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Contractor, The Candidate Will Be Working With Various Teams And Stakeholders, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Analytical Mindset And Problem-Solving Skills: The Contractor Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Potential Security Risks, And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Address Them.

  • Relevant Certifications And Qualifications: Having Certifications And Qualifications In The Field Of Security And Sales Enablement, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (Csep), Will Be A Plus For The Candidate.
