- Conduct thorough security risk assessments of RingCentral's products and services to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure the protection of customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and guidelines for RingCentral's internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and proactively identify and address potential threats.
- Support the sales team in effectively communicating the security features and benefits of RingCentral's products to potential customers.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate the sales team on cybersecurity best practices and the value of RingCentral's security measures.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement strategies and materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in cybersecurity and sales enablement to inform and enhance RingCentral's security and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the security and trust of RingCentral's products and services.
- Represent RingCentral in client meetings and industry events to showcase our commitment to security and trust.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of RingCentral's security and sales enablement policies and processes.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Security And Data Protection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Security Protocols, Data Protection Regulations, And Best Practices In The Industry.
Experience In Sales Enablement And Training: The Contractor Should Have Previous Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs For Sales Teams, With A Focus On Security Measures And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Contractor, The Candidate Will Be Working With Various Teams And Stakeholders, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
Analytical Mindset And Problem-Solving Skills: The Contractor Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Potential Security Risks, And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Address Them.
