- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks within the network and systems.
- Analyze and prioritize identified vulnerabilities based on risk level and potential impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and track remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the vulnerability management process.
- Collaborate with other security engineers to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security audits and provide recommendations for improving security posture.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to vulnerability management processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical security incidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including upper management, to provide updates on vulnerability management efforts.
- Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing vulnerability management tools and processes.
- Participate in security incident response exercises and drills to ensure preparedness for potential security incidents.

Extensive Experience In Vulnerability Assessment And Mitigation Techniques: Candidates For A Security Engineer, Vulnerability Management Position At Ringcentral Should Have A Strong Background In Conducting Vulnerability Assessments And Developing Effective Mitigation Strategies.
