Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced, organized, and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join the RingCentral team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance, ensuring that our customer data is secure, accurate, and well-organized. You will also play an integral part in our Salesforce expansion, driving the implementation of new features and integrations.We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce, has a proven track record of success, and is willing to take on the challenge of improving and augmenting our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.The successful candidate will have prior experience with Salesforce, including a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration, experience implementing and managing custom objects and fields, and the ability to design custom reports and dashboards. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  2. Lead the implementation of new features and integrations to Salesforce.
  3. Monitor and analyze Salesforce data for accuracy.
  4. Design and develop custom reports and dashboards.
  5. Configure and maintain custom objects and fields.
  6. Create, debug, and maintain Apex, triggers, and VisualForce.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  8. Remain current with Salesforce best practices and trends.
  9. Train users on Salesforce functionality.
  10. Provide technical expertise and guidance in Salesforce usage.
