- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately represent the requirements of the role.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct thorough and effective interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Recruiting, Specifically For Sales Positions
Strong Understanding Of The Sales Industry And Experience Recruiting For A Variety Of Sales Roles (Inside, Outside, B2B, B2C)
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers
Proficient In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Software, With A Proven Track Record Of Sourcing And Attracting Top Sales Talent.
