  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the MidMarket segment, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the MidMarket industry, including C-level executives, to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to identify and capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
  5. Utilize data and market insights to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to ensure the team is up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Job Qualifications
