- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the MidMarket segment, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the MidMarket industry, including C-level executives, to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to identify and capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
- Utilize data and market insights to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Mid-Market Segment, Preferably In The Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
