- Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and technology to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent RingCentral and promote our solutions to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RingCentral and effectively communicate our mission and values to potential customers.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethics and compliance guidelines, to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Sales Or Sales Engineering Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Communication And Collaboration Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
