- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share through our network of partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support joint marketing initiatives and drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement co-marketing campaigns and programs that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand partner needs and develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support their efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of partner marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage a budget for partner marketing activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Measure and report on the impact of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continually enhance partner marketing strategies and tactics.
- Represent RingCentral at industry events and conferences, promoting our partner program and building relationships with potential partners.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on partner marketing initiatives and their impact on overall business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the partner marketing team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Partner Marketing Or Channel Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Partner Marketing Strategies, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Share.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Drive A High-Performing Partner Marketing Team.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
