- Facilitate the candidate experience by scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely communication with candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team by managing job postings, organizing resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the candidate experience.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating pre-employment screenings and completing necessary paperwork.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the recruitment process.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed recruitment goals and metrics.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Experience With Social Media And Job Boards For Sourcing And Promoting Job Opportunities.
