This includes analyzing customer data and providing accurate and timely quotes, creating and maintaining customer records, and following up on customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also ensure customer satisfaction through resolution of customer issues, and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer demands are met.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field• At least 2 years of experience with customer service, sales support, or customer success in a technology setting• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software

Responsibilities:
