  1. Provide technical expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies to design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions for our clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their contact center operations.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in contact center technologies and use this knowledge to continuously improve our services.
  5. Conduct training and demonstrations: Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to educate them on the features and capabilities of our contact center solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client requirements and provide input for product development.
  7. Document processes and procedures: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation or ongoing support process.
  9. Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and scope.
  10. Continuous learning and innovation: Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Professional Services Contact Center Engineer At Ringcentral Must Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including A Deep Understanding Of Contact Center Technologies, Such As Ivr, Acd, Crm Integrations, And Call Routing.

  • Experience With Ringcentral Products: In Order To Effectively Support Ringcentral's Customers, A Professional Services Contact Center Engineer Should Have Experience With Ringcentral's Suite Of Products, Including Ringcentral Office, Contact Center, And Engage.

  • Communication And Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service. A Professional Services Contact Center Engineer Must Be Able To Communicate Technical Information Clearly And Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Customers.

  • Project Management Experience: Ringcentral's Professional Services Contact Center Engineers Are Responsible For Managing The Implementation And Integration Of Ringcentral's Products For Customers. Therefore, Experience In Project Management Is Essential For This Role.

  • Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Key Point Of Contact For Customers, A Professional Services Contact Center Engineer Must Possess Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues To Ensure A Positive Customer Experience.
