  1. Design and implement customized contact center solutions for RingCentral customers.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to contact center solutions.
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for improving their contact center operations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in contact center technologies.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support during the sales process.
  7. Train and mentor team members on contact center technologies and best practices.
  8. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

  10. Continuously evaluate and improve contact center processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Represent RingCentral in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and customer feedback.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on RingCentral's contact center solutions and provide guidance to customers and internal teams.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new product features.
